Who Will Translate My Documents?

Your documents are translated by human, provincially certified Canadian translators — members of recognized professional bodies such as STIBC, ATIO, OTTIAQ, and ATIA. Machine translation is never used. For submissions with specific requirements, such as IRCC applications, certification under a particular body (for example STIBC) is available on request.

How Does the Certified Translation Process Work?

Every certified translation goes through six steps: document evaluation, assignment to a certified translator, translation, proofreading, formal certification, and secure delivery. The translator who completes the work signs the certification statement, and the finished document is delivered in the format and within the timeframe agreed at the quote stage.
