Over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) connects you, the person you need to speak with, and a professional language interpreter on a single three-way phone call. No video link, equipment, or on-site scheduling is required, which makes OPI the fastest way to overcome a language barrier. A2Z Language Hub offers two versions of OPI:

• One-Time OPI: We receive your request, assign an interpreter, and connect you with the interpreter and the third person through three-way calling. This format is ideal for one-time use.
• Continuous OPI: For regular OPI service needs in one or more languages, we route through our OPI platform that provides 24/7 access to interpreters in 200+ languages.
